Shipping Information

We offer a wide range of shipping options to meet your needs. Orders that are received by 7:00PM CST are normally shipped the next business day. This does not include weekends or holidays. All shipping options include same-day processing unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Insurance

When you check out you may choose to insure the value of your order. The $2.00 shipping insurance option is valid for orders shipped within the USA only. Orders over $300 are automatically shipped via UPS and insured for your protection.

***PLEASE NOTE: No order that leaves our facility through USPS/UPS has a signature requirement for delivery unless the customer specifically requests it. Thus, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package is delivered, neither the carrier nor FlashMemoryStore.com can assume responsibility for its whereabouts. If you believe that it is not safe to deliver a package while you are not home, we strongly recommend that you request a signature requirement for delivery of your package.

Order Processing

We process orders quickly. Once your order is on the shipping dock, we cannot stop it from being shipped or make any changes. Please Click Here if you are interested in changing your order. We will attempt to change your order if it has not reached our shipping dock but Cannot Promise we will ultimately fulfill your request.

Refused and Return to Sender Packages

Note: Packages refused or not delivered are returned to us by the Postal Service in around 15 business days. If your package hasn't arrived and it was shipped via USPS, please wait a total of business 10 days from the date shipped before contacting us. Thirty days must pass before the Postal Service allows us to fill out a tracer to find the package. Once the 30-day period has passed, we will cross-ship your order. Cross-shipping involves charging you for another order and shipping it out only to refund the cost of the original order when it is returned to us.

*UPS Mail Logic

To provide you with the most competitive flat rate shipping rates FMS makes use of UPS Mail Innovations as our carrier of choice. Typical delivery times for this hybrid UPS / USPS shipping service will be 5 days from shipment to delivery. Expedited shipping services are available at extra charge.

**Overnight Orders

Overnight orders are delivered Monday-Friday unless you mention in the "order comments" section that you require Saturday Delivery. Saturday Delivery costs an additional $15 US and MUST be mentioned in the comments section along with the "Express Overnight" delivery option. Express and Overnight orders received after 6:00 PM CST will be shipped the following business day.

Delayed Orders

If you choose USPS shipping and the shipping out of your order is delayed by more than one business day, then we will refund 100% of your shipping charges.
USPS does not guarantee delivery times. Orders delivered by USPS may be delayed due to the carrier, in which case FlashMemoryStore.com is not responsible for this delay and will not refund shipping charges.
